Milestones

Hello and Happy Tuesday to everyone!! So last night Addi rolled over by herself for the first time!!! Yeah!! It was sooo exciting! I was playing with her on her playmat like we usually do every evening...and all of a sudden she just did it! She just roller over on her own. I of course freaked out and started clapping and jumping up and down yelling "yeah! good girl! yeah!"...which pretty much scared her half to death. When I finally calmed down from the excitment I looked down at her and she was just staring at me like, holy crap what just happened!! It was pretty funny. So yep, my baby girl rolled over last night! I felt like such a proud mama! So then of course I tried all night to get her to do it again while I was video taping her and again when Dan got home, but nope, it was just the one time. She probaly was too scared to do it again fearing that mom would freak out again! Haha! Well, in any case. She did it! And I tell you, it was such an amazing feeling to be able to watch a milestone in my daughters life. I felt so proud and so happy that I was there to see it! It's amazing how fast they grow up and learn new things....before I know it she'll be starting to crawl around our house! Anywho...just wanted to share the update :-) Until next time...xoxo Aly
