Updates...

Hello hello!! Well it's been a few days since my last post so this might be kinda long...but i think you might enjoy! Ok so first off, last weekend was our first Valentine's Day with Addi and we went to dinner, the 3 of us, at our fav Mikuni's. LOVE LOVE LOVE sushi! Got my usual Bob's roll of course ;-) As a side note really quick: I am really hoping that Addi grows up loving sushi. I mean Dan hates it but I really hope that she'll love it cause every time I go to Mikuni's I want to try a new roll but I'm too scared to order one and then not like it. So I figure if Addi were to share with me we could try all different kinds of rolls! How fun would that be!?!? Hopefully when she gets old enough to eat sushi she'll feel the same way! Ha! Anywho...back to the story at hand...so we went to dinner and rented a couple of movies which wasn't the most romantic or crazy Valentine's Day but I tell you what...i think it is one of the best I've ever had! We got to just relax and enjoy each other and our baby girl. It was nice. Plus she slept most of the time so that was nice too! So here are a few pics of her special Valentine's Day outfit! (Of course we have a special outfit for every occasion!)



Ok now for my next update of little miss Addi...this is hilarious! So I picked her up from daycare last Friday and out of nowhere she started sticking out her tongue and blowing bubbles and spitting!! Grandma said that she just started and it wasn't sure where she was getting it from?? Well I thought it was hilarious and wondered where she picked it up from!??! Then I get home and am changing her diaper and as I am doing so I'm making that "motorboat" sound...you know the one I'm talking about...and right as I'm doing it like I always do...she starts doing it too!! Hello!! She learned it from her MOTHER!! Who would have thought ;-) Here I am wondering where she learned it and darn it all she learned it from me...go figure. So of course now she does it ALL the time and she cracks herself up while doing it! It's pretty hilarious to me...i guess cause I'm her mother...i think it's funny. I bet it would be that funny pretty soon but for now I get a crack up out of it! So I took alittle video of her doing it (although not as good as her usual, but you'll get the idea) over the weekend and it's below for your enjoyment!



And finally, we started rice cereal (per Dr. Doan's recommendation). Below are a few pics of her attempting to "eat" it in her bumbo chair. Which, actually she did pretty good for her first 2 times but was def more interested in the toy on her bumbo chair than the actual food! You can see by the pics that we're still workin on the getting it in the mouth part! HEHE...anywho, enjoy...
